What is the return policy?
As products are handmade and made to order, we are unable to accept change of mind returns or exchanges.
Whilst we have a strict return policy, we understand every situation is different and strive to deliver high quality service. If you have any problems with your order, you believe your item has been damaged in transit, or you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us via our online enquiry form so we can solve the situation together.
What is the best way to care and store my wreath?
Products may fade over time or become damaged when exposed to natural elements. In order to prolong the life and colour of your product it is advised:
- It be hung in an area protected from direct weather or natural elements such as rain, hail, etc
- It not be exposed to direct sun
- It be hung in a covered, protected location
- When out-of-season the product is stored properly
Due to the inherent nature of the mesh, fraying is inevitable. Careful handling and storage is recommended to reduce fraying of the delicate open mesh material.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products made?
Our products are handcrafted locally in Brisbane from local and internationally sourced products. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How do you size your wreaths?
Each wreath’s diameter is measured from tip to tip on the widest part.
